Becky Gerlach McClain has been a Texas Realtor since 1978. A native Houstonian, Becky also has a 20 year background in education with Houston schools.  As a parent and teacher, she was actively involved with St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and Day School, River Oaks Baptist School, St Marks School and Lamar High School. She holds membership in Kappa Kappa Gamma and The Junior League of Houston.

For many years, Becky spent most weekends, summers and holidays with her family on Galveston’s West End at her 2nd home. A love for Galveston brought Becky to Galveston as a permanent resident and full time Realtor in 2005. Her real estate affiliations include Galveston Association of Realtors (GAR, Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Associations of Realtors (NAR).

Becky participates in The Silk Stocking Historical District Homeowners Association and the Galveston Historical Foundation and is on The Grand Opera House Advisory Board.  She enjoys regular volunteer participation with community events such as Dickens On The Strand, Galveston Homes Tour and Beach Clean-Up.  A recent commitment involves helping build the Galveston University of Texas Exes membership and scholarship fundraising for local students.

Becky Gerlach McClain has represented buyers, sellers and investors from each end of Galveston Island and “in- town Galveston.” Owning waterfront property on the West End and a 100-year old Galveston historical home has given Becky a wealth of knowledge regarding all Galveston neighborhoods and issues regarding real estate ownership in Galveston, whether it be homes, condos, commercial or land  on the beach, bay or in town!
